Purchasing for ĢƵ is conducted by the Procurement Office. Under the direction of the associate vice president for Procurement and Business Affairs, we are strongly committed to our campus customers.
Some Background on How We Do Business
ĢƵ's Procurement office ensures the university's procurements are conducted in a competitive, fair, and open environment and in full compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations. We identify opportunities to establish contracts that capitalize on the university's buying power and work closely with the institution's community to ensure contract compliance. In support of the university's mission, we procure goods and services using best value practices while working collaboratively to meet the needs of our customers.

Public Solicitations
Prospective proposers are instructed to download and review all solicitation documents from or and sign up for a Bid Locker account. Prospective proposers should contact the designated ĢƵ contact person to have their firm added to the prospective vendor list. Any prospective vendor who fails to do so assumes complete responsibility in the event that they do not receive communications from the Procurement Office prior to the closing date.
Note: The prospective proposer is responsible for downloading the solicitation documents, including any and all addenda and other communications. Addenda may be posted until the closing date of the solicitation.
Proposal submissions for any active procurement opportunities must be submitted through the Bid Locker platform. This search should generate a list of all active ĢƵ public solicitations. To search inactive ĢƵ public solicitations, change the StatusٴDzbefore generating the search.
Vendors are instructed to download and review all solicitation documents from Bid Locker or eMMA and sign up for a BidLocker. Bid Locker Vendors may contact the ĢƵ contact person for the solicitation to request their firm be added to the prospective proposer list.
