How long does it take to complete an online degree or certificate at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ?
Assuming you are bringing in no transfer credit and taking a full-time course load in the fall and spring terms, you can complete a Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ degree or certificate in the following timeframes:
- Associate degree: Two years
- Bachelor's degree: Four years
- Master's degree: 16 months to two years
- Undergraduate certificate: One year
- Graduate certificate: Eight months to one year
- Doctoral degree: Three years
Please note the following:
- The MS in healthcare administration (42 credits) and MS in clinical professional counseling (60 credits) are exceptions to the above calculations for master's degrees.
- Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's recommended course load for graduate study is 6 credits per term (half-time). For more information, please see Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's Policy on Student Academic Load and Enrollment Status.
- Most incoming students bring in transfer credit that may be applicable to an undergraduate or graduate degree or certificate.

Note: These pages include, but are not limited to, student body diversity statistics, retention and completion rates, and transfer-out-rates. - Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Graduate and Professional Education Data: Many students who received bachelor's degrees from Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ have continued their studies in Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ graduate and professional programs, including cybersecurity technology, management, business administration, information technology, cybersecurity management and policy, and healthcare administration. Internal database resources were utilized to identify Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ graduate students in academic year 2017–18. Academic records of those students were then examined to include only students that earned a Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ bachelor's degree.
