Purpose and Applicability
This policy establishes the general prohibition on permitting salary advances against earned or unearned income for employees of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ (Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ), except in the limited circumstances described below.
Administration
Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ does not permit salary advances, unless there is an error in processing an employee’s paycheck and such salary advance is approved by the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES:
The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ President has designated the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to administer this policy; to develop procedures as necessary to implement this policy; to communicate this policy to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ community; and to post the policy and any applicable procedures on the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ website.
